Over the last few months, I have lost 30 lbs. I did this 100% with workout and diet, no fat burners or diet pills of any kind. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that fitness is a huge part of my life and I work out at east 5 days a week. However, i know when I first started my fitness journey, I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I would go in to the gym and be completely overwhelmed by all the machines and weight, I was intimidated by the fit people walking around so confident in what they were doing. I think this is why many people give up or don't reach their fitness goals. I 100% believe that if you have a strategy in place to organize your workouts, so you go in with an intent and know what you are doing, you will be much more successful. This video is just a quick introduction, I am planning on sharing more workout and fitness tips that hopefully can help you reach your fitness goals.
